The Process

Simple from your end. Careful from ours.

Most clients are surprised by how little they have to do. Send us your photos, answer a few questions, and we take it from there.

Three steps.

Share your photos with us

Send us what you have — there's no need to organize, label, or curate anything first. Google Drive links, a USB in the mail, phone photos, scanned prints, Dropbox — we've worked with all of it.

After you reach out, we'll send a short intake form with a few questions: who is the film for, what should it feel like, are there any photos or moments that should definitely be included. That context shapes everything.

Takes: 10–15 minutes on your end

We craft your film

Our team reviews everything you've sent, selects the photos that best serve the story, and begins editing. Every sequence, transition, and musical choice is made deliberately — not generated by software.

We source and license music that fits the person and the moment. For memorial films, we often select music from the person's era. For celebrations, we match the feeling of the occasion.

If we're restoring old or damaged photos, that happens in this stage — included at no extra charge for memorial projects.

Turnaround: 7–10 business days standard · 24–48 hours rush

You receive your film — and we refine until it's right

We deliver your first version and ask for feedback. Every package includes revision rounds — not just one pass. If something isn't landing the way you hoped, we fix it. That's part of the service, not an extra.

Final delivery is a high-definition video file formatted for projection, a private shareable link for family and friends, and optionally a USB keepsake (Legacy package). Files are yours to keep and share indefinitely.

Revisions: 1–3 rounds depending on package
Common Questions

A few things people usually ask.

How many photos do I need?

There's no minimum — we've made meaningful films from 15 photos and comprehensive ones from 300. The Essential package works with up to 50 photos; Signature up to 120; Legacy has no limit. Send what you have and we'll work with it.

What format should my photos be in?

Any format works — JPG, PNG, HEIC from phones, scanned TIFs, or physical prints you mail to us. We handle scanning and restoration in-house. Don't worry about resolution — we'll let you know if anything is unusable.

Can I choose the music?

Yes. You can suggest specific songs, artists, genres, or eras — or you can leave it entirely to us. We source licensed versions of specific tracks when requested (subject to licensing availability). All music in your final film is properly licensed for digital sharing.

How fast can you turn a memorial film around?

Rush turnaround of 24–48 hours is available for memorial films when scheduling allows. We prioritize memorial projects above all others. Contact us directly and we'll confirm availability immediately.

Are my photos kept private and secure?

Your photos are used only to produce your film and are not shared, published, or retained beyond the project. We delete source files 30 days after delivery unless you ask us to hold them longer.

Do you work with funeral homes directly?

Yes — we have a partner program for funeral homes that includes wholesale pricing, a dedicated contact, and turnaround guarantees. Reach out through our contact page to discuss partnership arrangements.
